Sports: Saquon Barkley Says the NFL Made Him Dump His Polymarket Stake
'I was in it before, but no bueno,' the Eagles star said.

Saquon Barkley had to cash out of the prediction-market game. The Eagles running back told Front Office Sports he divested his equity stake in Polymarket because NFL rules bar players from investing in or endorsing gambling or prediction-market companies.
"I am not in that right now. I am not allowed to be in that," Barkley told FOS. "I was in it before, but no bueno." He said the league briefs players before each season on what they can and cannot do with endorsements and investments, so he "kinda had to get out."
The NFL confirmed the ban to FOS but did not comment on Barkley specifically, and Polymarket declined to comment. It is a sharp contrast with the rest of the sports world: FOS notes the NBA just named Kalshi and Polymarket its preferred prediction-market partners, and MLB, MLS and the NHL have deals of their own.
